Procurement involves the process of acquiring goods, services, or works required for a project. This stage includes activities such as sourcing suppliers, issuing tenders or requests for proposals, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and awarding agreements.

Financial close marks the point at which all necessary financial arrangements and agreements are finalised for a project to proceed to the construction phase. This includes securing funding, finalising contracts with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring all financial aspects are in place to support the project's execution.

Site construction involves the physical implementation of the project according to the approved plans and specifications. This phase encompasses various activities such as site preparation, foundation laying, structural erection, installation of utilities, and construction of buildings or infrastructure.
