Pre-application refers to our initial stage in the planning process of seeking permission for a project. During this phase, we typically engage with relevant authorities and stakeholders to discuss the project, gather information, identify potential issues, and understand the requirements for formal application submission.

This step signifies the formal submission of a planning application which details information about the proposed development, including architectural plans, environmental assessments, and any other relevant documents required.

Planning approval is granted by the relevant authority or planning committee after reviewing the submitted planning application.

Procurement involves the process of acquiring goods, services, or works required for a project. This stage includes activities such as sourcing suppliers, issuing tenders or requests for proposals, evaluating bids, negotiating contracts, and awarding agreements.

Financial close marks the point at which all necessary financial arrangements and agreements are finalised for a project to proceed to the construction phase. This includes securing funding, finalising contracts with lenders, investors, and other stakeholders, and ensuring all financial aspects are in place to support the project's execution.

Site construction involves the physical implementation of the project according to the approved plans and specifications. This phase encompasses various activities such as site preparation, foundation laying, structural erection, installation of utilities, and construction of buildings or infrastructure.

Site energisation refers to the process of connecting the constructed facilities to the energy supply network, enabling them to receive electricity or other forms of energy. This typically involves testing and commissioning electrical systems, installing meters, and ensuring compliance with safety standards before energising the site.
